 Terms & Conditions

 

This Fee Schedule is based on the understanding of the project from a written supplied brief.

Changes or revisions to the brief, which result in additional work, will be charged at the hourly rate as shown.

Any retouching of files that involve changes to the original file will be charged at the hourly rate quoted above.

Reproduction Rights are granted to the addressee of this cost estimate only. Any third party usage required,

which is not part of the original brief, will incur a reproduction fee. This Schedule does not include sundry expenses

such as prints, project consumables, parking, accommodation or travel expenses.

Following receipt of delivery of completed files, all files are deleted from my archive after 90 days.

Files can be used for self promotion purposes and all care is taken with storage of these files ,however

Patrick Hamilton Photography accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or corrupt files.

Prices are subject to change as production prices are valid for 30 days.

GST is payable on all fees.
